Do you have a planting project you need support with? Apply for a grant from Planet Ark's Seedling Bank.
Planet Ark’s Seedling Bank empowers schools and community groups to undertake regeneration projects by providing financial support to buy native seedlings. Since launching in 2019, 251 groups have received funding to plant over 130,000 seedlings around Australia.
This year, we are allocating funding for over 50,000 seedlings. Plantings do not need to take place on Schools Tree Day (26 July) or National Tree Day (28 July). Events supported by Planet Ark’s Seedling Bank take place all year round.
Round 9 grants have been allocated and for round 10 we are supporting planting projects with grants up to $500. The funding must be allocated towards native seedlings and up to 20 percent may be used to cover equipment and aftercare costs. Preference will be given to projects with the greatest environmental impact and community focus.
