Bagnalls Bushland Reserve, is a high value Bushland Reserve managed by Noosa Council. Six Mile Creek runs through this site which is in the Mary River Catchment. Historically this site has been cleared for agriculture and slowly been revegetated over the last 20 years. National Tree Day aims to come together as a community to help revegetate and increase local flora biodiversity in an endangered plant community Gallery Rainforest -notophyll vine forest - Regional Ecosystem 12.3.1, while reducing erosion impacts within the riparian zone.

Parking available on site, for both 2WD and 4WD vehicles.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

Please wear enclosed shoes, long sleeve shirt and pants, hat and bring your own drinking water. We will provide gloves, hand tools for planting, buckets for watering. VIP Wildlife will be providing animal encounters and free small coffee for all adults attending the event!
