To celebrate National Tree Day, Strathfield Council is hosting a FREE native plant giveaway and family fun day at Strathfield Park. The event will run from 10am to 1pm. There will be a petting zoo, sausage sizzle, kids crafts, music and more - all for FREE! We aim to inspire residents to plant more trees to contribute to a greener, more sustainable environment. Join us at Strathfield Park to receive a FREE native plant and enjoy FREE family activities and food! No booking is required, just turn up between 10am and 1pm! Strathfield Park is located at Chalmers & Homebush Rd, Strathfield NSW 2135. Our event will be under the rotunda and surrounding grassed area. This is an all-weather event.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

N/A - no tree planting activities are being undertaken this year. This year we are giving away free native plants for the community to take home and offering free family activities and food to celebrate National Tree Day.
