Whitehorse City Council - Gardiners Creek Planting - Session 2
SESSION 2: 11:30am - 1:00pm. Join Whitehorse City Council for National Tree Planting Day along Gardiners Creek Trail Reserve! This event will continue the success of the 2023 National Tree Day event where over 400 community members attended and over 3,500 local indigenous plants were planted in the Reserve. Due to the popularity of last year we will be running two sessions; from 10:00am - 11:30am and then 11:30am - 1:00pm, with a BBQ around 11:30am/12pm. Reptile Encounters will also be joining us again with their roaming wildlife displays. Make sure you register, and if you have any questions please get in touch with us at enviro.volunteering@whitehorse.vic.gov.au. **Community Groups please get in touch to inform us of your attendance and expected numbers as soon as possible**
