Our NTD team will be planting out a corridor adjacent to the Waste Water Treatment Plant providing connectivity in a Fuzzy Box woodland community. Central West Lachlan Landcare are once again pleased to be working in partnership with Parkes Shire Council to deliver National Tree Day.

DIRECTIONS

From the Eugowra Road turnoff, head south-east, through Goobang Creek crossing and approximately 500m on the right, turn on to Akuna Road. Please make sure that the Stop sign at the railway crossing is observed. Travel approximately 850m and follow the NTD signage to site on the right hand side of the road.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

Please feel free to bring your own tools and gloves etc. We will provide a free BBQ at the completion of planting. Please ensure that you wear sturdy footwear, warm clothing and bring necessary water for the morning. Photos are a big part of the sharing on National Tree Day. If you don't wish to have your photo taken, please advise Marg on the day.
