The Prana Farm Tree Day Site Details

The Prana Farm

The Prana Farm is a 35 acre regen project, focused on riparian regen, restoration of habitat and the correlation between caring for Country and mental health. Our planting days are as much about channeling climate anxiety into positive action, as they are about the transformation of degraded agricultural land on the rich flood plains of the Northern Rivers. Our aim is to create a 'greenprint' where regen and food production co-exist, acting as a framework for farmers to participate in conversations around environmental improvement without feeling threatened financially. So far we have planted 8000 trees and 2000 grasses since the 2022 flood. We've hosted 6 community planting days, engaging 130 community members.
