We will be revegetating a trampled bush area and planting natives along the Olinda Creek to improve the ecology and provide habitat for our local vulnerable species like the Yellow Bellied Glider, Long Nosed Bandicoot and Powerful Owl. All are welcome to come and enjoy our beautiful nature spaces at Mt Evelyn Discovery Camp.

DIRECTIONS

Turn off to the right at the end of Tramway Rd and come all the way down the driveway, we are not in the football ground but are next door!

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

Come and join us at the Mt Evelyn Discovery Camp on National Tree Day for a day of tree planting, campfire, barbecue and camp activities like our Wildlife Encounter and Giant Swing. We will be revegetating a trampled bush area and planting natives along the Olinda Creek to improve the ecology and provide habitat for our local vulnerable species like the Yellow Bellied Glider, Long Nosed Bandicoot and Powerful Owl. All are welcome to come and enjoy our beautiful nature spaces at Mt Evelyn Discovery Camp. - Bring closed toe shoes and hair tied back if you would like to participate in camp activities! - Please dress appropriately for the weather with sturdy shoes if the ground is wet - Food will be provided including vegetarian options but not all dietary needs can be accommodated
