McCrae Coastal Group Inc. Tree Day Site Details

McCrae Coastal Group Inc.

The McCrae Coastal Group has been caring for the local environment for more than 20 years. National Tree Day will enable the group to build on the natural biodiversity already established along the McCrae Foreshore Conservation Zone. Trees, shrubs and grasses will be used for infill planting along the Bay Trail which runs through length of the zone to ensure the continued healthy growth of vegetation, providing a conducive environment for the people who use the area for recreation and more secure habitat for the indigenous creatures which live there.
