Mt Gravatt Environmental Group
Mt Gravatt Conservation Reserve is a very diverse habitat with 286 native plant species which is equal to 20% of native plant species in the whole United Kingdom. The Reserve supports Koalas, Echidnas, Gliders, Brushtail and Ringtail Possums, and fifty butterfly species. This planting will further consolidate the forest habitat and strengthen the wildlife corridor to Mt Gravatt Showgrounds where we are working with the Trust to strengthen wildlife habitat.
