Central Highlands Regional Council

Central Highlands Regional Council will plant 300 Koala food trees throughout the Botanic Gardens and celebrate National Tree Day. Koalas rely on eucalyptus trees for food, shelter and safety against predators, and are an important part of the environment and ecosystem. As such council are proud to be establishing more koala habitat in our gardens.
