SECRA Green Pakapakanthi Victoria Park (Park 16) Tree Day Site Details

SECRA Green Pakapakanthi Victoria Park (Park 16)

The South East City Residents Association (SECRA) is leading a new initiative, Green Pakapakanthi, in collaboration with the City of Adelaide. This community-led initiative is open to everyone. It aims to mitigate the effects of climate change in Pakapakanthi (Victoria Park) by planting trees and understory to create more shade and enhance the Park’s biodiversity. Please join with others to help “climate proof” Pakapakanthi for future generations. On July 30 Green Pakapakanthi volunteers will plant 100 trees alongside walking paths and a sports field in the southern end of Pakapakanthi.
