Join us at our community planting event and make a positive difference to our local environment! We are aiming to plant 2300 native plants at this reserve, in an effort to connect native bushland, increase biodiversity and provide extra habitat for the local wildlife. Everyone is welcome.

The reserve is located at the end of Shaughnessy Street.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

Please wear weather appropriate clothing, sturdy closed-in shoes (no thongs or sandals), and a hat. Bring your own snacks/food, and gardening gloves if you have them. Tools, gloves, plants and planting demonstrations will be provided on the day. Groups of more than 20 people wishing to be involved should contact Council to accommodate large groups. This is a COVID-safe event. Please do not attend if you are unwell or showing any cold or flu symptoms. If you cannot attend after registering, contact us to cancel your registration and offer the spot to members on the waiting list. ________________________________________
