Gap Road - Native Bee Highway Tree Day Site Details

Gap Road - Native Bee Highway

We want to change the landscape from being one of weeds to one that is a highway for native bees and insects. One that has colour and flowering plants to attract and protect the native bees. First we need to weed and then we can plant the trees.

DIRECTIONS

In the nature strip behind the Gap there are a lot of weeds and it isn't maintained by council or national parks. It would be great to weed this whole area and plant more native trees to attract insects, birds and bees back to the area. Ideally, we'd love flowering natives to try and build a native been highway along the whole corridor.
