Tree Talk - Stories from The Seedling Bank

In 2021, we decided to do things a little differently. After the tragic summer bushfires of 2020 and over a year living with the COVID-19 pandemic, we set out to share the incredible work of our Seedling Bank beneficiaries and Tree Day heroes.

These are groups going above and beyond to make their communities better places to live for people, plants and wildlife now and into the future. They are restoring ecosystems from the Northern Territory to Tasmania, with a total of 32,000 seedlings planted so far.

In this report you will be introduced to professors working to protect some of Australia’s most vulnerable critters, primary school students planting wildlife corridors for threatened marsupials, nature therapy providers and community groups fighting climate change and giving back to Country.

We hope their stories inspire the same joy and appreciation in you as they do us.

Pour yourself a cuppa, sit back and enjoy some Tree Talk.
