Frankston City Council

Robinsons Park is 20 hectares of combined softball and baseball pitches, a dog free area and natural reserve. To the North is Witternberg Reserve and Langwarrin Flora and Fauna Reserve to the East, here belongs parcels of Frankston's vulnerable and endangered remnant vegetation. This year's National Tree Day site aims to enhance the vegetation cover along the South-East corner of the park to improve connectivity and habitat for local fauna.

DIRECTIONS

Parking is available at Robinsons Park (Frankston Softball Association). The planting site is in the South-east corner of Robinsons Park and will be signed. Access will require walking across grass, may be muddy and slightly hilly. Unfortunately, wheelchairs access is not available.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

Limited tools and equipment will be provided. It is recommended for volunteers to bring their own gloves (if possible), and wear appropriate outdoor weather gear and sturdy shoes.
