Coastal Dry Tropics Landcare Tree Day Site Details

Coastal Dry Tropics Landcare

We aim to plant 500 native plants in total on the banks of Goondaloo Ck as part of our revegetation of the site. This is of the overall rehabilitation of the site from a heavily weed infested area to one of native vegetation. We are working under a Communities Environment Program to help continue our work on the site. 500 trees were planted in 2018 are are doing very well. This is the next stage of the project to keep moving downstream, putting the native trees back in. Please note, due to current COVID-19 restrictions we are limiting the event to 100 people (unless restrcitions ease further). We ask that you bring your own gloves, water bottle and other personal PPE along.
