Holbrook Landcare Network
As part of the Holbrook Woodland Bird Restoration Project, Holbrook Landcare is undertaking the planting of 17,000 shrubs and grasses in woodland reserves around Holbrook. National Tree Day is your chance to contribute to this project and come along and learn about woodland birds, why they need the shrub and grass cover and be a beautiful Grassy Woodland remnant right in the heart of Holbrook. This is happening with assistance from partners Roads and Maritime Authority, Greater Hume Shire Council, Murray Local Land services and a team of planters from the Albury and District Local Aboriginal Lands Council.
