Mount Barker District Planting & Making a Bee Hotel

Laratinga Wetland will host the 2019 National Tree Planting Day on Sunday 28th July at 10am. This year we will be focusing on planting species to attract native bees and Sophie Thomson will be guiding the construction of a native bee hotel from 1-3pm. There will be a free BBQ for volunteers provided by the Nairne Lions Club, refreshments and the gorgeous native animals from Animals Anonymous. A great community day for all ages.
