City of Port Phillip have identified this area as a great chance to increase the vegetation corridor. Previously this section was a grass waste land with no real benefit for either the public or local fauna. These works will provide an increase of indigenous vegetation along with increasing the vegetation corridor

DIRECTIONS

This location is approximately opposite 81 Marine Parade; between Marine Parade and the beach/foreshore, directly alongside of the bike path.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

City of Port Phillip will supply gloves and tools required for the planting. All plants will also have a watering agent placed prior to planting (all supplied as part of the day). With regards to parking, there is parking along Marine Parade along within side streets, please take note of restrictions as shown on signage.
