Aims of the project: Sunshine Coast Council & Coolum & North Shore Coast Care will be organising and facilitating a National Tree Day Community planting at Coolum to support the efforts of weed removal previously undertaken.
This project is designed to provide a greater riparian buffer along stumers creek and enhance the habitat and biodiversity values linking to the stumers creek riparian reserve. 2000 plants will be planted on the day.

Notes about the day for Volunteers:
Face painting, wildlife presentation and free BBQ.
Please wear sturdy shoes, be sun safe and bring your water bottle. On-street parking available, please abide by local parking laws.

The following will be provided: Gloves, Tools and equipment for planting, Watering cans / buckets, Drinking water, BBQ
