Ku-ring-gai Council
We will be enhancing endangered ecological community Duffys Forest, which is open-forest community dominated by Red Bloodwood, Black Ash and Angophora costata. We will be replacing canopy trees (blown down in storms) and increasing the diversity of plants in the understory. Increasing the diversity of species will improve the health of the community while providing food and habitat for local wildlife.
