City of Yarra w/Merri Creek Management Committee
This year, 4000 plants have been locally secured to commence restoration works next to a path and undulating section of parkland. The new area will connect up with an existing patch of bush where blue tongue lizards frequent. Local flora has been specifically sourced to improve the quality of this park's nationally endangered Plains Grassy Woodland vegetation community and improve cultural values of the 'Birrarung'.
