South Creek is an main tributary to Whiteheads Creek, with both waterways providing valuable wildlife corridors through the township of Seymour linking to the Goulburn River. Planting will increase habitat and biodiversity of this important creek network.

DIRECTIONS

Planting will be along South Creek within Chittick Park. Meet at the end of Howe Street next to the tennis courts.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

BYO gardening gloves, small hand trowel, water bottle. Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes suitable for the planting activity. Planting may take place on sloping or undulating land and attendees should consider this when registering.
