Redland City Council, Community Bushcare Planting
Redland City Council's Community Bushcare Team are hosting their 2025 National Tree Day event at Birkdale. This important wildlife corridor runs along the foreshore of Tingalpa Creek and this planting of 2000 seedlings will build upon existing habitat. Come along to this family friendly event and help your local environment, learn about the Community Bushcare Program and how you can get involved in a group near you. Once you're done planting, you can grab a sausage and a soft drink from the Wellington Point Rotary sausage sizzle.
