Camden Council National Tree Day Event 2025
Camden Council is delivering National Tree Day 2025 (NTD) with Greening Australia on the Rewilding Sydney Initiative, helping expand urban forest, cool the city and increase habitat for wildlife. The community tree planting day will replant a section of the riparian corridor along Matahil Creek, to the east of the Ferguson Land Cricket Ground. We will plant mixed River-flat Eucalypt Forest species with the aim to improve the condition of this endangered ecological community, providing important foraging, shelter and breeding habitat for our precious native wildlife and pollinators. Camden Council’s NTD events are a wonderful opportunity to join with other community members to make a difference. We invite you to register to join us for this important event.
