Nature Glenelg Trust - Eaglehawk Waterhole
Nature Glenelg Trust's Eaglehawk Waterhole Restoration Reserve is a 684 ha private property situated approximately 2km west of Little Desert National Park. Although part of the property is under conservation agreements, the majority of the property (510 ha) was grazed before Nature Glenelg Trust took over the property in 2013. Since then, ecological restoration works have taken place in a number of ways including 1000’s of plantings added to the remnant trees, shrubs and under story. The area holds high ecological value with a number of EPBC Act listed species and communities found on the property. This planting will take place over 2 days, adding to previous vegetation plantings. Come for 1 or both days with off grid camping available on site.
