Latrobe City Council are hosting a National Tree Day event at Gaskin Park in Churchill. This event provides an opportunity for the community to participate in revegetation of the local area. By planting local native species we aim to improve the extent and quality of native vegetation, increase habitat, increase shade and improve visual amenity.

DIRECTIONS
This event will be hosted at Gaskin Park on Manning Drive in Churchill. Parking will be available at the tennis club. There will be two planting sites, between 120 metres and 200 metres from the tennis club. Signage will be provided to direct participants to the sites.
VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
Council will provide all materials and assistance on the day. There will also be a coffee van on-site, with a free hot drink available to all participants.
