Glenlyon & Upper Loddon Landcare Group

For our fourth annual National Tree Day we are planning further revegetation along the Loddon River. Whilst we will be planting some new trees shrubs and grasses this year, our focus will also be on maintaining the plantings from previous years to ensure these plants continue to healthy and growing strong.

DIRECTIONS

Our planting event will this year occur on the Glenlyon Biolink and Recreation Reserve, along the banks for of the Loddon River. The meeting point is the Glenlyon Reserve pavilion where parking is available.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

Volunteers should wear sturdy footwear and protective clothing dependent on the weather. You are are welcome to bring along gloves and any planting tools. However there will be a limited supply available. GULLG will provide the plants, mulch, water, guards and stakes.
