Tweed Shire Council public planting Tree Day Site Details

Tweed Shire Council public planting

Come and help us plant more than 700 trees in Banora Point, to help with ongoing regeneration of this important natural site. Adjacent to urban environments and stormwater canals, trees will help to reduce weeds, provide habitat for local wildlife and shade for walking and active travel. Holes will be pre-dug, with participants asked to plant and mulch trees. Join in the fun with a sausage sizzle and family activities.
