New school resources available now!

‘Earth Alive' is a 10-week action-based science unit of work suitable for students in Years 5 and 6. Developed in conjunction with the NSW Department of Education, this resource is designed to assist schools in delivering an in-depth study of biodiversity issues.

The unit of work comprises of eight learning experiences, each with background information, fun and interactive activities, worksheets and Internet resources. Students will learn about the Australian ecosystem and make steps to improve local biodiversity on Schools Tree Day.

Planet Ark has also developed a range of games, activities and colouring sheets now available for download. Check back regularly as much more will be added in the coming months.
