Registering You Tree Day Site

If you are ready to register a site you can either register online or download one of the forms below. Fill it out and fax it back to the National Tree Day Hotline on 02 4757 8980.

'School Site Registration' form. (120k pdf)
Use this form to register School sites only (these sites are not advertised as open to the public).
'Public Site Registration' form. (164k pdf)
Use this form to register a site where members of the local community are invited to attend. Details of the site will be publicised through the web site and hotline.
'Private Site Registration' form. (144k pdf)
Use this form to register a site where you are not a school and do not wish to have the site advertised as open to the public.

Forms You May Need On The Day

'Volunteer Registration' form (216k pdf)
For sites on Insured dates: Get everyone at your site, including you, to fill in their details before planting so that they are covered by Planet Ark's Volunteer and Public Liability insurance. Note that school children do not need to be listed here if they already appear on a class role (no need to send these in!)
'Accident/Incident Report' form (108k pdf)
For sites on Insured dates: Have copies of this form on hand in case you need to report an accident or incident to Planet Ark.

Make your efforts count and let us know your results from the day! You can also enter your results online by logging in and going to you coordinator page, or over the phone by calling the Tree Day Hotline on 1300 88 5000.
