PCYC oshc Nanango Tree Day Site Details

PCYC oshc Nanango

We are Nanango PCYC OSHC and the children last year planted some native grevilleas , Bush tucker fruit trees and Citrus Trees. This Year we would like to continue with the Theme trees for wildlife and Teach the humans about bush tucker that grows all around. Since we planted our trees last year the children have been finding the edible bush tucker when they go camping. The seedling Bank and Planet ark have been a huge influence in the children being aware of caring for our planet. We also have a family of Koalas behind us in the reserve and children are wanting to plant some gums for them, in light of how many were lost in last years bush fires. Thank you so much for your time. Tracey
