NEPS Indigenous Plant Trail 2 Tree Day Site Details

NEPS Indigenous Plant Trail 2

We are continuing to develop an Indigenous Plant Trail through our Community Garden and School to encourage our students and community to learn and respect Indigenous Plants and their culture usage. We are hoping this will become a school and community resource that can be used in conjunction with the Community Kitchen area to promote the knowledge of growing Indigenous plants and how they can be used. We would like to encourage the local community to be part of this project. We are planning on getting each class to plant a plant - with assistance from any community members who come on the day.
