Building on last years successful planting, we are hopeing to continue our improvement of the reserve with infill planting in the degraded areas. This will help to preserve this endangered ridge top community while preserving a small but valuable piece of habitat for the local wildlife.

DIRECTIONS

The reserve is situated on the corner of Menai Road and Goorgool Road, Bangor. There is plenty of parking on the sport ground entered from Goorgool Road. Alight the 962 Bus form Sutherland Station at Akuna Avenue, across the road from Akuna sports oval. It is a 250 meter walk from the bus stop.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

Wear sturdy clothes, enclosed shoes and hat. There is parking on site off Goorgool Road. The 962 bus service from Sutherland train station stops at Akuna Oval, Akuna Avenue, Bangor with a short walk to the Reserve.
