Aims of the project: The tree planting is within Stumers Creek Conservation reserve in an area that was damaged by wildfire many years ago. Whilst some regeneration has occurred, tree planting with local native species will speed up the repair of the area.

Directions: Stumers Creek Road is a short dead end road that runs off the David Low way at the northern end of Coolum Beach township. The site is adjacent to and visible from the road and has ample parking for volunteers.

Please wear appropriate clothing (hat, covered shoes, long sleeved shirt and long pants recommended)
The following will be provided: Gloves, Tools and equipment for planting, Watering cans / buckets, Drinking water
