for students from prep to year 12 - for details click on the link at
the bottome of this page.
To enter, simply follow these steps:
First - make sure your school is a registered Schools Tree Day site - visit our Coordinators Page to see how. Then,
- tell us the name of your school, class teacher,
contact details and your Schools Tree Day site identification number, and
- submit your planting results after the day and use our on-line form to answer the following question
- tell us in 150 words or less why planting native trees is important for
your local community.

Terms and Conditions:

The winning class will be entitled to a free class pass (max 30 students) to any one of the twenty-two "Lessons in the Gardens" available at either of the Brisbane Botanic Gardens sites (City or Mt Coot-tha).

Lessons lasts for approximately 1.5 hours and are suitable for prep, primary and secondary levels

Transport to and from the gardens is the responsibility of the winning school

Planet Ark and Brisbane Botanic Gardens retain the right to use any or all entered pieces of writing for future reference and web publication
